New Delhi, May 11 Wind power equipment maker Suzlon Energy today said it has repurchased bonds worth USD 39 million (approximately Rs 200 crore)."The company repurchased bonds issued in June and October 2007 for USD 39 million from its bond holders,"the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange. The company repurchased June 2007 bonds with an aggregate principal amount of USD 29 million (Rs 140 crore) for a cash consideration of USD 16 million. And, it also repurchased October 2007 bonds with an aggregate principal amount of USD 44 million (Rs 220 crore) for a cash consideration of USD 23 million, it said. The company will pay an aggregate amount of incentive fee of USD 12 million to holders of the June 2007 bonds, it said. Pursuant to this offer, the nominal amount of bonds outstanding will be USD 389 million against USD 500 million previously outstanding.
