3i Infotech Ltd has announced that the Company have repurchased and cancelled certain Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs).
The company has repurchased USD 2 Million worth bonds with maturity of July 27, 2012 out of US $ 100 Million Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2012.
The nominal amount of Bonds outstanding after this cancellation is USD 72.867 Million out of US $ 100 million Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2012. The Maturity date of these bonds is July 27, 2012.
The stock was trading at Rs.49.20, up by Rs.3.25 or 7.07%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.49.50 and low of Rs.46.90.
The total traded quantity was 1110798 compared to 2 week average of 1477706.
