Reliance to announce FY'09 results on April 23

Boards of five companies belonging to the two Ambani groups, including the country's most valued firm Reliance Industries, will meet separately on April 23 to consider their respective financial results for the fiscal ended March 31.

Coinciding with the board meetings of Mukesh Ambani-led RIL and Reliance Petroleum on April 23, the directors of three companies from the Anil Ambani-led group -- Reliance Power, Reliance Infrastructure and Reliance Natural Resources -- would also meet on the same day.
The boards of directors of all the five companies would meet to consider and approve their respective financial results for the quarter and the year ended March 31, 2009.
Another Mukesh Ambani group firm, Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Ltd is holding its board meeting, however, a day earlier on April 22 to consider its financial results.
Mukesh Ambani group has three listed entities -- RIL, RPL and RIIL, while Anil Ambani group entities include Reliance Cap and Reliance Communications.
