The company has repurchased bonds worth Euro 1 Million out of Euro 30 million Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2012 with maturity of April 03, 2012.
The company has repurchased bonds worth USD 17.033 Million out of US $ 100 Million Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2012 with maturity of July 27, 2012.

Nominal Amount of Bonds outstanding - USD 74.867 Million.
The stock was trading at Rs.42.20, up by Rs.2.80 or 7.11%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.42.30 and low of Rs.38.
